A statue of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham was installed in his home town of Redditch on May 31 on what would have been the drummer’s seventieth birthday.
Sculptor Mark Richards has posted a series of photos on Instagram showing the development of the sculpture. We paired his shots with images from the statue’s planning application and photos from Dave Lewis to show how the statue evolved from concept drawings to the finished artwork.
