A new promotional poster advertising the upcoming documentary film “Becoming Led Zeppelin” has emerged online ahead of the film’s release in 2025.
Musician Roscoe Ford posted the below poster on Instagram and Threads after claiming to have attended an advance IMAX screening of the film:
Both posts were deleted shortly after the publication of this article.
The poster shows Led Zeppelin performing on the “Tous En Scene” French television show in Paris, France on June 19, 1969.
The poster’s tagline refers to the film as “an all access trip to how they became Led Zeppelin”. The poster appears to be a specific IMAX poster, which is often different to the main marketing material used to promote a film.
The emergence of this poster follows the release in US cinemas of a new trailer for the film. A copy of the trailer filmed by a fan emerged online on November 2.
So far there is no official release date for the film beyond confirmation that it will be released in 2025. However, LedZepNews has found evidence that the film may be released on May 16.
A limited run of 50 numbered posters was previously created to advertise the film’s festival screenings in 2021:
