Led Zeppelin members recall their first rehearsal in new clip from ‘Becoming Led Zeppelin’

The surviving members of Led Zeppelin recall the band’s first rehearsal in a newly released clip from the upcoming film “Becoming Led Zeppelin”.

The film’s US distributor Sony Pictures Classics published the video on January 17. It’s the first clip from the film to emerge, other than the film’s trailers.

“The room just exploded,” John Paul Jones says in the clip. “I’d never heard anything like it. I was expecting some cool soul singer and then there’s this screaming manic with this fantastic voice, a fantastic range.”

“It was devastating because it seemed like that had been what I had been waiting for,” Robert Plant says in the clip.
