Unseen photos of Led Zeppelin will be shown at an exhibition in California

Previously unseen photos of Led Zeppelin taken by photographer Jeffrey Mayer will be shown at an exhibition in Temecula, California from August 7 to August 10, it has been announced.

The “Zeppelin in the Vines” exhibition will take place at the Europa Village winery in Temecula, California and will showcase rare images of Led Zeppelin shot by Mayer.

A private viewing will take place on the evenings of August 7 and August 8 and a public viewing of the images will be held from August 8 to August 10.

The exhibition will then tour across the US later this year, its organiser has said.

A photograph posted on Instagram shows Mayer and the exhibition organisers viewing Mayer’s proof sheets in search of rare Led Zeppelin photographs.
