Led Zeppelin Trampled Underfoot

Led Zeppelin will release a replica of the 7″ promotional single of “Trampled Underfoot” for Record Store Day on November 28, the band announced today.

The original promotional single, which was released in 1975, included “Trampled Underfoot” on the A-side and “Black Country Woman” on the back.

The original single, which came in a black sleeve with “Special Limited Edition” printed on it, was given to record stores if they ordered 10 copies of Led Zeppelin’s then-newly released album Physical Graffiti.

Led Zeppelin last released a 7″ single for Record Store Day in 2018 when two alternate mixes from the band’s fourth album were released on April 21, 2018.

Update: Hours after this announcement was made, Led Zeppelin deleted all traces of it.
