I have 100% proof evidence that the intro to Stairway to Heaven was written in the 1800’s.I have it in my classical guitar book I bought.When I first played the classical piece,I came across the 2 bars and made a note..”stairway to heaven”.This page I have in the book would clear the case once and for all that Led Zep did not steal it from Spirit.Just wondering if anyone in the band Spirit knew how to read music and grab it from the same classical guitar solo.
