A previously unheard soundboard recording of Led Zeppelin performing “Since I’ve Been Loving You” while rehearsing in London ahead of the band’s 1980 European tour has been released on a bootleg CD.
A new bootleg release titled Soundboard Scaps from the bootleg label Tarantura Hawks contains a track that lasts almost nine minutes featuring Led Zeppelin performing “Since I’ve Been Loving You”, likely while rehearsing at the Victoria Theatre in London on June 2, 1980.
The bootleg release is the first public emergence of part of a longer 1980 tour rehearsal soundboard tape that has privately circulated since around 2019, LedZepNews has learned.
A 39-minute recording of the European tour rehearsals has been widely bootlegged for years, but it seems that a longer 85-minute tape has now emerged.
The Led Zeppelin Underground website was updated in November 2020 to expand its entry for the 1980 European tour rehearsals to include references to an extended 78-minute soundboard tape for the first time, archived versions of the website show.
The site was again updated to extend the duration of the tape further, listing it as 85 minutes long starting in 2024.

Tatantura Hawks appears to be a new bootleg label that isn’t related to the better-known Tarantura label. The Soundboard Scraps release also included the recording of Led Zeppelin performing “Tangerine” in Tokyo, Japan on September 24, 1971 that Tarantura released in December.
The Soundboard Scraps bootleg release was printed with the code “TH-001”, suggesting this is the first release by the new Tarantura Hawks label.
Soundboard Scraps also included the sample of the soundboard recording of Led Zeppelin performing in Jacksonville, Florida on May 7, 1973 that Empress Valley released last year following LedZepNews’ publication of the sample online.
It’s possible that further parts of the expanded 1980 European tour rehearsal tape will emerge in the future through bootleg releases.

Supposedly they played June 13th 1972 at Spectrum , i had a boot of this show that is very raw , incomplete, but killer, in recent years now their saying this is actually Buffalo June 10th. Also Zeppelin had no opening acts after 1969- just saying
