The owner of Boleskine House, the house in Scotland formerly owned by Jimmy Page, has said that she is “working on” plans to rebuild the property after it was largely destroyed in a fire on December 23, 2015.

Trudy Piekaar-Bakker told The Daily Express that “eventually I think it will be rebuilt. I don’t know the timing or the timescale. It’s a process and I’m working on it.”

“Of course there is the matter of money and it will be a considerable sum. I don’t know yet if I will do it myself or sell it for someone else to do. I don’t know yet,” she said.

Page purchased Boleskine House in 1970 but rarely lived in the property. Page became interested in the house due to one of its previous owners, Thelema founder Aleister Crowley. The property is no longer owned by Page after he sold it in 1992.

However, the majority of the building was destroyed in the 2015 fire, and Boleskine House has been placed on Historic Environment Scotland’s Buildings at Risk Register.

The Daily Express reported that looters have stolen valuables from the site of the property after its fire. Piekaar-Bakker said that “because of Boleskine’s reputation I really do think that people stealing things from Boleskine will be punished.”

“You can’t steal things from Boleskine and if you do you will be punished,” she said. “I’ve had the house for a long time and I’m not going to talk about what can happen in the house bit I’m sure the house is protecting itself. I don’t know about them coming to a sticky end but they won’t be happy about it”.

Looking at the videos of the house I can sense it has a very dark energy to it and that it has a very old history. Could it be a portal to another reality? Perhaps, but scriptures warn against dabbling in the occult and I read somewhere that a Priest suggested that the house be blessed. Sometimes even dark forces find a path to Our Lord Jesus Christ as God is merciful and loving. There is a lot more to the house than I can understand, I’m sure, but I wonder what Jimmy Paige learned from it? About himself, I mean. As an artist, sometimes there are complex forces that surround the creative process, but I think it’s best to focus on things like humility and discipline and leave the occult alone.
