Here is the new trailer for ‘Becoming Led Zeppelin’

The new trailer for “Becoming Led Zeppelin”, a feature-length documentary about the origins of Led Zeppelin, has officially been released online.

LedZepNews previously teamed up with LedZepFilm to analyse the new trailer shot by shot, explaining the new footage glimpsed in it.

This new trailer has been shown in US cinemas since October 24 and originally emerged online unofficially on November 2 when a fan filmed it and posted it on YouTube. Weeks later, the film’s US distributor Sony Pictures Classics used a copyright claim to remove the fan-filmed trailer from the internet.

The first footage to be released from the film came around the time of its festival premiere in September 2021 when an initial teaser trailer was released online:

  1. Led Zeppelin was a rock, folk, blues band that should be taught in schools

  2. I can’t wait to see this film. This is going to be great! The trailer and the little bits of news about the film and when it will be released in theaters, reminds of the old days, when Led Zeppelin were about to release an album.

  3. Whole Lotta Love is the best rock and roll song ever and the Mighty Zeppelin is the best Rock and Roll band…ever.

  4. My boyfriends 💕💕

  5. Turn it up!

  6. Sweet! Fantastic story. Best little four piece ever assembled, imho.

  7. The Hammer of the Gods!

  8. Raised on Rock & Roll.At parties you put on the mighty zep.period

  9. “Authorized documentary” means “half the story”. I’d rather see an unauthorized one. Will Lori Maddox be interviewed?

    • Yes… agree. So much of what seemed magical back in the day was the unapologetic, dripping with decadent circus atmosphere that made the whole thing irresistible. I’m sure it will be a well presented albeit sanitized version of the creation of an iconic myth. The music was fantastic, yes. But there was soooooo much more to the awe and mystery that filled the air well beyond 1970. We will need – nay DEMAND parts two three and on through the entire decade of LZ.

  10. As Robert Plant once called them, “The Ultimate Quartet.”

  11. Zeppelin is in my DNA. The 70’s wouldn’t have been the same without Zeppelin. They set the standard of what heavy rock was. Their music could be felt & left feelings that NEVER leaves you. There is NO band or music I love more ❤️ You can bet I will be going to see this documentary.

  12. Exciting and chilling …… Outstanding band ….

So is this coming to theatre’s or YouTube? I’m confused.

  14. Best band ever. They are the GOAT.

  15. It’s about time! Bring it, Zeppelin. It’s been a long time to keep us fans waiting.

  16. I saw them in concert back in 1973. When they played “Stairway to Heaven”, I was in awe. They were as good live, as they were on vinyl !!

    • Jimmy Page was at his best during ’73. I would’ve loved to have seen them live and I would’ve loved to have seen them in ’73 most of all. Jimmy was/is the epitome of what a rock star is. He looked it, played like it and wrote like it. There are only a few people that can be said that there will never be another talent like them ever. Hendrix is one, SRV is another and Jimmy Page is definitely another one.

  17. Die hard fan of Robert Plant 48 years can’t wait for this to come out. I’m super excited…Epic band..#1 Super group 😀❤️

  18. I love listening to led Zeppelin when I was in my teens and it’s still the same now that I am in my late 60s the absolute best rock and roll band ever!!!!!!

  19. I first saw Zeppelin in 1971 at the empire pool Wembley, there were performing pigs , I’m Mark, I am 70 , still listening to my absolute heroes …..

  20. Zeppelin is the definitive best band ever the 4 members of zep had the most talent exer. The Beatles were the only band to come in 2nd.
