A soundboard recording of Led Zeppelin performing in Osaka, Japan on September 28, 1971 seems to be on the way.

Japanese bootleg label Empress Valley has released a new leaflet which claims that the soundboard recording of this date will soon be available.

And a bootleg distributor hinted in an email last week that future soundboard releases are on the way.

We’ve already seen some evidence that a soundboard recording of this show exists.

A single song, “Black Dog,” was released by Empress Valley in July 2016 but no other clips have been released since then.

The September 28, 1971 show has already been available as three audience tapes, but no full soundboard recording has emerged.

A partial soundboard recording of the next night’s show was released last year by Empress Valley.
