Jimmy Page has been visiting Nashville, Tennessee and spent time at the Ryman Auditorium as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Page was photographed visiting the Ryman Auditorium on August 27 and posed on stage at the venue.

LedZepNews has also learned that Page was given a tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on August 29 where he admired the guitars on display.

Page’s visit to Nashville is the first time he has been seen in public since attending a fashion show in Paris on March 2.

The reason for Page’s visit to Nashville is unclear, but it’s possible that he’s visiting the headquarters of guitar maker Gibson which is based in the city.

It was announced in February that Page has signed a “multi-year partnership” with the business that will see Gibson create replicas of several of Page’s iconic Gibson guitars.

So far, the only replica that has been announced is a $50,000 replica of Page’s Gibson EDS-1275 double neck guitar that was unveiled in March.

It’s possible that Page was visiting Gibson in Nashville to review the latest replica guitars being prepared as part of the partnership. It seems likely that Page and Gibson will produce replicas of Page’s “Number One” 1959 Gibson Les Paul and his “Number Two” 1959 Gibson Les Paul.

***THANKS JIMMY FOR ALL YOUR GUITAR PLAYING THRU THE YEARS***

  2. Thanks for visiting Nashville Jimmy. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t listen to some Zep. You, Robert, Jonesy, and Bonzo have made my life better. You can always turn on some Over the Hills or Kashmir or Bron-Y-Aur or a 100 hundred Zep classics and the day instantly gets better. The world is a better place because Zep existed.

  3. Why Jimmy, you should have touched base and I would loved to have met for some good ole southern food! Next time, please!
