Robert Plant started his new South American tour with a performance in Buenos Aires, Argentina on May 10, adding rare performances of “Rock and Roll” and “Going to California” to his setlist.
Plant regularly performed “Rock and Roll” while touring with Alison Krauss but had never previously performed the song with Saving Grace.
Plant also performed a rare version of “Going to California” during the May 10 show. He previously played it twice with Saving Grace in April but hasn’t made it a staple of his setlist.

All he does is talk about how zeppelin is in the past, then turn around and play some zeppelin songs at every one of his concerts
Well it’s his history, and many of the rest of us. I saw LZ in concert 4 times in the late 60’s and early 70’s. They were great. I think he’s brave to go out and pay homage to a couple of the old songs. His voice isn’t the same but then neither is mine.
It’s fantastic to hear about Robert touring looking great and sounding every bit like the special man you are.
Voice is there! Moves too 🙂
