A painting of Robert Plant has been stolen from a pub in Birmingham.

Artist Chris Davies said that his painting of Plant was stolen from the Brown Lion pub in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham on the afternoon of November 18.

Davies told LedZepNews that he understands that other artworks were stolen from the same venue several days before when they first went on sale.

West Midlands Police have been informed of the theft.

Davies has asked people who have information on the whereabouts of his painting to contact him. “I’ve taken to Twitter in a vain attempt to recover my painting, so here’s hoping,” Davies told LedZepNews.

People can contact Davies through Twitter or through his website.
